Bolerolux is 100% committed to our customer’s satisfaction, we hope that you will love your purchase, however, if you do wish to return your order we will be happy to help you do so but please bear in mind the below points.

 

Purchase made in the last 28 days

  • Items purchased within the last 28 days are eligible for return

​

  • Items must have all tags attached along with original packing

​

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

​

  • The customer is responsible to cover the cost of the return and this cost is non-refundable

​

  • All refunds will be processed within 28 days after the item is returned via the same method you used to purchase with

​

  • It is recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage 
     

  • Please be aware for hygiene reasons head wear and socks are non-returnable

Please contact us to arrange your return, we will give you our full return address and authorise the return.

  • ​Items purchased more than 28 days ago are not eligible for return. 

 

Sale Items

 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

  • Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we have received your unwanted items.
